Maybe the boys in Bergen County are still mad at Sen. Loretta Weinberg over the Hooters incident.
That was the spot her fellow Democrats chose for a party two years ago in Atlantic City. Weinberg -- that spoilsport -- didn't see the charm in those buxom young ladies in tight shorts and scanty T-shirts.

As a result of Governor Corzine's commitment to renew the state's Transportation Trust Fund's solvency, Dist. 37 Legislators Senator Loretta Weinberg (D), Assemblyman Gordon Johnson (D) and Assemblywoman Valerie Vainieri Huttle (D) announced on Thursday, Nov. 30, that Trust Fund will allocate $8.14 million dollars in funding to the county for fiscal year 2007.

Johnson and Assemblywoman Valerie Vainieri Huttle proposed a 12 Step Plan to Begin Economic Recovery at an open public forum Tuesday on the campus of Fairleigh Dickinson University in the city of Hackensack. The legislators hosted the event to give the residents of their district an opportunity to discuss their ideas and concerns on property tax reform.
